The first thing to check is that you are not using your email address for your User ID. This will not work. You have a separate User ID on your account that you would have set up when you started using our service.
When you signed up, you would have received confirmation of your login credentials so you may be able to search your email archive.
If you can get into your account through a saved bookmark, but still do not remember your password, you can change or update it by clicking on MyProfile and "make changes" from within your account.
If your email address has not changed, then you can use our automated password retrieval service. Remember when using this that the name has to match the name on the account. So if you usually go by Pat instead of Patricia or Bill instead of William, try to match the name you would have used on the account.
